Yin teaches you how to let go of stress & tension in your mind & body.

Cacao helps you to drop into your body and out of your mind. It is a complex food & contains a cocktail of compounds to help you relax mentally, emotionally & physically.

It's also know as 'hug in a cup' as it gives you a feeling of love & joy.
